Certified Pure Nature: KahlWax 6642 Organic Carnauba Wax

KahlWax 6642

Some people say you shouldn’t put anything on your skin that you wouldn’t want to eat.

With Organic Carnauba Wax, you can do both. KahlWax 6642 Organic Carnauba Wax can be used both in food and in cosmetic applications – either for polishing dragées, as a release agent for sweets or in cosmetic products such as lipstick. The main characteristics of this light-colored, faintly smelling wax are its extreme hardness and excellent gloss, as well as its ability to emulsify easily and bind oils. The product is delivered to our customers in the form of small, easy dispensable and practically dust-free pellets.

KahlWax 6642 is derived from Carnauba palm leaves, which are collected in the wild in Brazil. It is then manufactured by carefully melting, cleaning and filtering the crude Organic Carnauba Wax. We rely exclusively on harvesters certified by organizations that are registered and approved in the EU.

Due to its origin, KahlWax 6642 is free of pesticides and acaricides. As it is neither treated with chemicals nor bleached with hydrogen peroxide, it is also free of peroxides and any residues from chemical processing.

KahlWax is subject to monitoring by the USDA NOP. KahlWax 6642 Organic Carnauba Wax has been granted FDA GRAS status and is in compliance with EC Directive 96/077/EC for food additives (E 903). It is manufactured in accordance with organic food requirements.
