A shining armor for chocolate candy
Kahlgloss 3660
Chocolate-coated candy: not only should it look appetizingly lustrous – it shouldn’t melt until it’s in your mouth. Kahlgloss 3660 is the all-natural solution for both requirements.
Kahlgloss 3660 is a medium-viscosity brightening agent for chocolate-coated confectionery that ensures a perfect luster on coated candies and, in particular, on cereal flakes, with no need for additional sealing – even in critical storage conditions.
Kahlgloss 3660 consists of water, maltodextrin, glucose syrup, vegetable oil, lecithin, xanthan gum, citric acid and potassium sorbate.
